A simple guide for trainees—from online enrollment to learning modules, activity submissions, assessments, certificates, progress tracking, and borrowing tools or equipment.
Fill in the Learner’s Profile Form carefully. Use your correct personal information, active email address, chosen qualification, and required account details.
Your login account and future training records may use the information you submit during registration, so avoid nicknames or incorrect details.
Go to the Lorenz login page and enter the email and password registered with your account.
Your dashboard is your main starting page. It may show your applicant number, qualification, batch/class, application or enrollment status, learning access, and quick links to other Lorenz LMS features.
Open My Learning Modules. Modules are arranged according to the training sequence for your qualification.
Inside a module, study each Information Sheet and complete required Activity/Task Sheets in order. Mark a lesson complete only after you have actually finished the required work.
Pre-Test: usually checks what you already know before the lesson sequence. Some Pre-Tests are diagnostic only and are not treated as pass/fail.
Post-Test: checks what you learned after completing the required learning activities. Passing score and maximum attempts depend on the competency.
Some activities require evidence such as photos, screenshots, PDFs, documents, or other files. Follow the exact proof requirement shown in the Task Sheet.
After submission, your work may wait for trainer review. Your trainer may approve it or return it for revision.
Some competencies require an Institutional Assessment after the learning activities and Post-Test. This normally involves an actual demonstration observed and rated by your trainer.
The LMS may require a simple assessment proof or photo, but the actual performance is still checked by the trainer. A competency is completed only when the required assessment is finalized with the appropriate competent result.
When a module or competency has a certificate requirement and you satisfy all eligibility rules, the LMS may issue or display a Certificate of Achievement.
Use the Progress or Achievement Chart to see which requirements are already submitted, completed, approved, competent, or still pending.
Your chart is based on actual LMS records. If a required activity is still pending trainer review, the chart may not yet show final completion.
If the Borrowing Desk is available for your class, submit a request for the item you need and wait for approval/release. Approval does not mean you may take the item yourself—the physical item must still be released properly.
Consumable materials do not require return when they are correctly recorded as consumable.
If you are assigned as Custodian: Custodian access is temporary. During your assigned duty, you may review requests, release approved items, and receive physical returns according to the Lorenz procedure.
You may return to this guide anytime if you forget a step.
